Are all of your items authentic?
Yes! All of our items are 100% authentic and come from registered and vetted suppliers all over Europe, everything we receive is double checked just to make sure you're more than satisfied with what you pay for.
What payment methods do you take?
We take all trusted methods of payment; Apple pay, Google pay and all major credit cards. We also accept ClearPay and Klarna which is the easiest way of splitting your purchase into interest free instalments!
Where can I find help with sizing?
All of our products come with sizing advice, check the description on the product you're looking for.

How long does shipping take?
UK Orders
All UK orders are shipped via DPD Tracked service. Items sent via special delivery usually arrive the next working day providing it is ordered before 2:30pm. Orders sent first class will arrive in 2-5 working days. We do not ship orders on weekends
Rest Of The World
For orders outside of the UK we use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, the speed of this delivery option differs depending on the buyers country of origin although most orders arrive within 3-10 days
Can I use multiple discount codes together?
unfortunately not - multiple discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another within the same order.
Why is my item slightly different?
Some of our stock differs ever so slight from some retail stores. This is due to a small minority of items being MFO which is made for outlet. This does not effect the quality of clothing and the same high standards are applied to the manufacturing process, materials used and the quality of the garment. We cannot stress enough that this is on very rare occasion
