Returns Policy
At VDC, we offer a 14 day return policy. This 14 days starts as soon as your order arrives.
How do I return an item?
If you'd like to return an item, Please fill out the returns form sent with your package and send the item to the address listed on the form.
If you have misplaced the returns slip please include a note stating your name, order number, reason for return and confirm all packaging and tissue paper is included.
Return Conditions
To return an item it must be:
- Brand new, in its original packaging with tags attached and tissue paper included
- Unused
- In perfect condition
-Swimwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
Clearance Items
- All purchases made from clearance can only be returned for store credit or as an exchange providing the size is available. Contact us to reserve your size
Exchanges
if you would like to exchange an item, please contact us via our email (vdc@vectorservices.co.uk) to check stock availability, if the item is not in stock, a refund can be provided or we can exchange for a similar item.
